The equestrian association's ball needed more than basic ticket sales: different categories, club table reservations, high simultaneous demand and fast admission. Standard tools lacked the flexibility to handle these together.

Adenia implemented its own ticketing software, tickable.de, and adapted it to the hall and table layouts at Holstenhallen Neumünster. The solution combines seat booking, automatic ticket delivery, QR-code check-in and an administration area for sales, cancellations, rebookings and VIP guest lists.
