AI consulting & opportunity assessment
Use AI effectivelyin your business.
We assess where AI can support your team, evaluating benefits, effort and available data, then plan a first test around a specific use case.

The starting point
Where can AI actually help your team?
Repeated customer questions, scattered documents or manually prepared quotes may offer useful AI applications. Whether they are worthwhile depends on the task, data and required quality. Our assessment starts there.
We use your examples to explain what rules can handle and where AI may help. We include limitations and check whether a solution works with your data and working conditions.
Scope of work
What we do for you.
Identify everyday opportunities
We examine recurring tasks with your team and turn real situations into use cases with benefits that can be tested.
Assess feasibility honestly
We assess data, access, ongoing costs and possible errors. For sensitive tasks, we define where people must review and decide.
Prepare a pilot
We define a manageable scope, test cases and quality criteria so your team knows what is being tested and when to continue.
Your outcome
Assessed use cases and a plan for the first test.
You receive prioritised AI use cases and a practical pilot plan, including data, responsibilities and test criteria. We also record low-value ideas so you can decide whether and how to proceed.
Tell us about your projectHow we work together
How
we work.
We agree on tasks and decisions with you. You know what comes next and what information we need from you.
Understand the tasks
We listen to employees and collect examples, including previous AI trials and tools already in use.
Assess the options
We assess possible solutions, benefits, effort and risks, using examples to examine key assumptions.
Define the pilot
We choose a use case together and define the test plan and criteria for proceeding.
Is AI useful for small businesses too?
Company size alone is not decisive. A recurring task, accessible data and measurable benefits matter more. A small, focused start is often better than a large platform.
Will our data be sent to AI providers automatically?
No. We first agree which data may be used and how it may be processed. Access and any external services are approved before implementation.
Can you develop the solution afterwards?
If a pilot makes sense, we can support development as a separate service. Advice, initial testing and production operation have different requirements and are planned accordingly.
