Integrations & APIs
CRM, shop and websiteconnected.
We build integrations for automatic data exchange, defining data ownership, access and error handling.

The starting point
Why enter the same data more than once?
Address changes, product updates and new enquiries can create inconsistent data across disconnected systems. An integration defines how information is shared and connects separate tools into a workflow.
We first define data ownership and when changes must be shared, then choose the connection. This reveals conflicts, duplicates and exceptions early.
Scope of work
What we do for you.
Map data clearly
We compare fields, formats and identifiers, defining required information and ownership so systems interpret data consistently.
Build reliable data exchange
We use APIs, webhooks or scheduled transfers as appropriate, limiting access to what is needed and handling errors explicitly.
Keep integrations understandable
Logs, checks and documentation help detect problems. We agree how to respond when connected systems change.
Your outcome
Tested integrations with documented data flows.
You receive a tested integration with documented mappings, access and error handling. Your team knows what transfers automatically and what still needs review.
Tell us about your projectHow we work together
How
we work.
We agree on tasks and decisions with you. You know what comes next and what information we need from you.
Review systems & data
We review API documentation, access and sample data to clarify technical limits and business requirements.
Develop the integration
We implement a limited data flow and test valid, incomplete and repeated operations.
Support the data exchange
We launch after approval and agree monitoring, responsibilities and possible extensions.
What if a system has no API?
We assess alternatives such as structured imports and exports. Suitability depends on freshness, volume and process. Some connections have limited value without a suitable API.
Can duplicate records be prevented?
Unique identifiers and clear transfer rules help prevent duplicates. We agree handling based on your data and test repeated events.
Who handles later changes?
We agree on operation and maintenance before launch. Provider API changes may require updates; we can arrange suitable support for this.
